Dostawy realizujemy na terenie Polski za pośrednictwem firmy UPS oraz na terenie krajów strefy Schengen za pośrednictwem firm kurierskich. 

Polska: przesyłki dostarczane są w przeciągu 1-2 dni roboczych.  
Europa: przesyłki dostarczane są w przeciągu ok. 6 dni roboczych.

Zwroty

Ten produkt nie podlega możliwości zwrotu ani wymiany, ponieważ jest wykonywany na zamówienie oraz indywidualnie dopasowywane.

Biżuteria nie powinna być wystawiona na bezpośrednie działanie promieni słonecznych, wilgoci, kurzu, detergentów czy perfum. Zabezpieczysz ją przed tymi czynnikami specjalna szkatułką lub opakowaniem jagg. Ważne jest, aby pojedyncze elementy biżuterii nie stykały się ze sobą ponieważ mogą się łatwo zarysować. Zawsze zdejmuj biżuterię przed kąpielą, wizytą u kosmetyczki czy na siłowni.

Złotą biżuterię myj przy pomocy delikatnego płynu do mycia naczyń i ciepłej wody. Czyszcząc złoto, pamiętaj, że jest to bardzo miękki metal, który łatwo można zarysować.

It is also important that individual pieces of jewelry do not come into contact with each other. Otherwise they can easily become scratched. Always take off your jewelry before taking a bath, visiting a beautician or going to the gym.

Gold jewelry with precious stones regularly clean with water and dishwashing liquid. When cleaning gold remember that it is a very soft metal which can be easily scratched.

Delivery

Deliveries are carried out in Poland by courier companies and InPost parcel machines and in EU member countries by courier companies. 

Poland: Shipments are delivered within 1-2 working days.  
Europe: Shipments are delivered within approximately 6 working days.

Czym jest zasada 4C?

4C to po prostu skrót od angielskich nazw czterech najważniejszych parametrów, które decydują o wartości danego kamienia. Są to carat, color, clarity i cut, czyli: karat, barwa, czystość i szlif.

Karat:
"Masę kamieni szlachetnych, w tym także diamentów, określa się w karatach metrycznych (ct). Jeden karat został zdefiniowany jako 200mg, czyli 0,2grama. Masę diamentu podaje się z dokładnością do dwóch miejsc po przecinku. Ma ona istotny wpływ na wartość kamienia."

Barwa:
"Diamenty o barwach typowych, które oceniane są w skali od D do Z, najrzadsze i najbardziej cenione są kamienie o barwie D, czyli całkowicie bezbarwne. Skala określająca stopień bezbarwności diamentów została ustalona przez GIA i jest powszechnie stosowana. Różnice w typowych barwach diamentów są bardzo subtelne, dlatego stopień bezbarwności określa się w specjalnych warunkach oświetleniowych oraz porównując do wzorców."

Czystość:
"Diamenty na ogół mają znamiona wewnętrzne (nazywane inkluzjami), jak również znamiona zewnętrzne (zwane skazami), które czynią każdy kamień wyjątkowym i niepowtarzalnym. Znamiona diamentów o czystości P1, P2, P3 rzeczoznawca dostrzeże bez lupy, natomiast znamiona kamieni o czystości SI, VS lub VVS – dopiero przy użyciu specjalistycznej lupy o dziesięciokrotnym powiększeniu. Do najrzadszych należą diamenty o czystości LC, których inkluzje nie są dostrzegalne nawet przy zastosowaniu lupy. O tym, do jakiej klasy czystości diament zostanie przypisany, decyduje m.in. liczba inkluzji i skaz, ich rozmieszczenie, wielkość, łatwość dostrzegania oraz ich wpływ na brylancję.

Szlif:
"Tylko dzięki właściwemu oszlifowaniu diamentu można dostrzec jego wspaniałą brylancję. To zjawisko powstaje w wyniku całkowitego wewnętrznego odbicia i rozszczepienia promieni świetlnych, jak również odbicia światła od zewnętrznych powierzchni (faset). Podczas oceny szlifu dokładnej analizie podlegają kształt, proporcje oraz wykończenie szlifu. Ocenia się je w skali: bardzo dobre, dobre, średnie i słabe. Tylko wyjątkowo starannie wykonany szlif może sprawić, by światło przenikające przez diament uwalniało jego wewnętrzny ogień. Wśród kamieni można wyróżnić kamienie o szlifie brylantowym okrągłym, czyli brylanty, oraz o kształtach fantazyjnych, takich jak: schodkowy, owal, markiza, gruszka, serce."

What is the Diamond 4C Rule?

The 4Cs simply stands for the English names of the four most important parameters that determine the value of a stone. These are carat, color, clarity and cut.

Carat:

"The weight of gemstones, including diamonds, is defined in metric carats (ct). One carat has been defined as 200mg, or 0.2 grams. The weight of a diamond is given to two decimal places. It has a significant impact on the value of the stone."

Color:

"Typical color diamonds, which are graded on a scale from D to Z, the rarest and most valued stones are those with D color, which is completely colorless. The scale determining the degree of colorlessness of diamonds was established by the GIA and is widely used. The differences in typical diamond colors are very subtle, so the degree of colorlessness is determined under special lighting conditions and by comparing to standards."

Clarity: 

"Diamonds generally have internal marks called inclusions, which make each stone special and unique. Inclusions of P1, P2, P3 clarity diamonds can be spotted by an expert without a loupe, while stones of SI, VS or VVS clarity can only be spotted using a specialized loupe with a 10x magnification. Among the rarest are LC clarity diamonds, which inclusions are not discernible even with a magnifying glass. Which clarity grade a diamond is assigned to is determined by, among other things, the number of inclusions and flaws, their placement, size, ease of seeing and their effect on brilliance."

The rarest in the market:
FL (Flawless) - completely clear, free of characteristic internal marks and external marks.
IF (Internally Flawless) - clear, free of internal marks.

On the market:
VVS (Very, Very Small Inclusions) - very, very small impurities (inclusions) visible only under a microscope with very close examination by a specialist.
VS (Very Small Inclusions) - significant, tiny internal marks visible on examination at ten times magnification. Not visible to the bare eye.
SI (Small Inclusions) - small inclusions, i.e., internal marks visible on examination at ten times magnification. Stones in this purity class are recommended to customers who are looking for a balance between the aesthetic value of the ring and the price. In Poland, these are the most common stones set in jewelry.
I1 (P1), I2 (P2) and I3 (P3) (Included) - stones of low clarity grade with impurities visible to the bare eye by the layman.

Cut:

"Only with the proper grinding of a diamond can you see its brilliant brilliance. This phenomenon is created as a result of total internal reflection and splitting of light rays, as well as reflection of light from external surfaces (facets). When evaluating a cut, the shape, proportions and finish of the cut are carefully analyzed. They are evaluated on a scale of: very good, good, average and poor. Only an exceptionally carefully crafted cut can make the light penetrating the diamond release its inner fire. Among the stones can be distinguished between round brilliant cut, or fancy shapes, such as oval, marquise, pear, heart."
