The jewelry should not be exposed to direct sunlight, humidity, dust as well as detergents or alcohol. You can protect it against these factors with a special casket or original jagg. packaging. It is also important that individual pieces of jewelry do not come into contact with each other. Otherwise they can easily become scratched. Always take off your jewelry before taking a bath, visiting a beautician or going to the gym. Remember to use perfume or cosmetics before putting on jewelry.

Gilding

Our jewelry is gilded with 24 karat gold of 0.50 to 1.00 microns range (depending on the product). The gold plating should remain intact for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Wear is - despite proper use - completely natural, it is an unavoidable process. It is not possible to state unequivocally to determine how fast this process will happen. This is mainly influenced by - frequency of jewelry use, as well as contact with skin, sweat, creams, water and perfume.

Darkening

Silver is subject to chemical reactions that can cause it to darken. This is a completely natural and reversible phenomenon. This type of tarnish is characteristic not only of jewelry, but of all items made of silver, such as sugar bowls and cutlery. Its cause is primarily sulfur compounds found in the air or on our skin, as well as moisture and chemicals. Interestingly, tarnish appears faster when jewelry is not used for a long time.

To prevent darkening, place silver and gold-plated jewelry in a jewelry box along with a moisture absorber (use sachets of beads that are added to shoe boxes or medicines, for example). Don't leave jewelry in the bathroom, especially around the sink. You will get rid of the resulting tarnish by wiping the jewellery with a dedicated cloth.

Delivery

Deliveries are carried out in Poland by courier companies and InPost parcel machines and in EU member countries by courier companies. 

Poland: Shipments are delivered within 1-2 working days.  
Europe: Shipments are delivered within approximately 6 working days.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive the parcel to request a cancellation of items purchased online. 
You have 14 days from the date of sending your statement of withdrawal to send the return to us.
Send the declaration of withdrawal and the goods to the following address: Mokotowska 26 Street, 00-561 Warsaw. The statement must be accompanied by a receipt as proof of purchase. Template statement to download.

The order can be sent by any carrier offering courier services. We do not accept returns from stationary boutiques, Polish Post or parcel machines.
Returned products cannot bear traces of use and must have tags (strings) with the seals they were marked with.
