Complaints - Warranty for Defects
Below you can find information and instructions on how to submit a warranty claim.
How to file a complaint?
1. Prepare the product and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or payment confirmation).
2. Fill out the complaint form – download the form template.
3. Send the product in one of the following ways:
- in person at our physical boutique,
- by shipment to the address:
ul. Mokotowska 26, 00-561 Warsaw
– remember to include the completed complaint form.
You can also submit your intention to file a complaint via email at support@jagg.pl – we will provide you with further instructions.
Important information:
- Detailed rules can be found in the Terms & Conditions.
- The complaint will be processed within 14 days from the date the claimed product is delivered to us.
- Items from the vintage collection are covered by a shortened warranty period – 1 year from the date of purchase (in accordance with Art. 568 §1 of the Civil Code).
Complaints under warranty do not cover:
Natural wear and tear of jewelry, e.g., fading of gilding, surface darkening resulting from normal use, especially in the case of gold-plated jewelry. (Terms & Conditions, section 7.16.3).
Mechanical damage, e.g., dents, scratches, deformations, fractures, or breakages caused by external forces such as pulling, twisting, crushing, or contact with hard objects. (Terms & Conditions, section 7.16.1).
Discoloration and other damage resulting from improper use or maintenance. (Terms & Conditions, section 7.16.2).
