Complaints

Claims under the warranty law are not subject to: 

- mechanical damage, e.g.: dents, abrasions, deformations, fractures, ruptures caused by external forces during use through, for example: tugging, twisting, crushing, contact with hard objects. (Terms & Conditions point 7.16.1).

- natural wear and tear of jewelry, e.g.: abrasion of gilding and darkening as a result of use as intended, especially gold-plated jewelry. (Terms & Conditions point 7.16.3).

- discoloration and damage caused by improper use or maintenance. (Terms & Conditions point 8.16.2).
