Order processing time:

The estimated shipping time is stated on the product page.
Standard shipping time: 1–4 business days.
Made-to-order jewelry: 10–14 business days.

Delivery methods and estimated delivery time:

Poland: courier services and InPost parcel lockers – estimated delivery time after dispatch: 1–2 business days.
Europe (Schengen area): courier services – estimated delivery time after dispatch: up to 6 business days.

Returns

How to return a product?

1. Return request – inform us by email at help@jagg.pl within 14 days of receiving the package about your intention to withdraw from the contract.

2. Prepare the package – include the following in your return shipment: completed return form, proof of purchase (receipt), returned products in their original packaging, with tags (seals), and without any signs of use.

3. Shipping – send the package via any courier service to:

4. Refund – after receiving and verifying the returned package, we will refund the payment within 14 days to the account used for the original payment.

Important information:

Returns of online orders are not accepted at the physical boutique.
Time to submit a return request: 14 days from receiving the package.
Time to send back products: 14 days from the date of sending the withdrawal statement.
Custom-made products are non-returnable.
We do not accept shipments: sent COD (cash on delivery), to parcel lockers, parcel machines, or collection points.
We do not offer exchanges – to exchange a product, please return it and place a new order.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, with tags (seals), and without any signs of use.
