We do not offer direct exchanges for products purchased online. To exchange an item, you must return it and place a new order.

Can I return a product purchased in a physical boutique?
We do not accept returns for products purchased in a boutique. However, you can exchange the item for another product of the same or higher price within 7 days of purchase, provided you present the receipt. Exceptions include custom-made products and vintage jewelry, which are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Can I buy vintage jewelry on jagg.pl?
No. Vintage jewelry is only available for purchase in our physical boutique.

Is the jewelry presented online also available in the boutique?
Yes, all jewelry available in our online store can also be purchased in our boutique. If you want to confirm the availability of a specific model in-store, please contact the boutique staff by phone.

Can I order jewelry as a gift?

How are rings with diamonds and gemstones packaged?
Gold rings with diamonds and gemstones are packaged in a black velvet box.

Resizing Service

What if I don't know my ring size? Can I resize the ring later?
Yes, gold rings with diamonds and colored gemstones can be resized. You can bring the ring to our boutique or send it back to us. The resizing process takes up to 14 business days and costs 150 PLN. More details can be found here.

For engagement rings from the contemporary diamond collection, resizing is free within 60 days of purchase.

Can vintage rings be resized?
Resizing depends on the ring's construction. In most cases, it is possible. To get precise information, please send us a link to the specific ring along with the desired size via email.

Can vintage bracelets be shortened?
Gold and silver bracelets can usually be shortened. To confirm, please send us a link to the specific bracelet via email.

Can I resize my ring at a jeweler of my choice?
We recommend resizing our jewelry at jagg. to ensure the highest quality service. Only then can we fully guarantee the modifications made.

Custom Jewelry and Repairs

Do you create custom jewelry or work with customer-provided materials?
No, we are not a goldsmith workshop and do not offer services such as custom jewelry design, gold melting, jewelry repair, or gemstone setting with customer-provided stones.

Jewelry Care

My silver earrings have tarnished. What can I do?
Silver reacts with external factors, which may cause it to darken. To restore its shine, wipe the jewelry with a special jewelry cleaning cloth. More details can be found here.

How can I maintain gold plating for as long as possible?
To keep the gold plating intact for as long as possible, avoid contact with water, perfumes, cosmetics, and detergents, which may accelerate wear. Jewelry should be removed before sleeping, bathing, or exercising to prevent friction and potential damage. Storing it in a dry place will also help preserve its beauty for longer. Does vintage jewelry come with authenticity certificates?
Yes, vintage jewelry includes certificates from a diamond expert and an SRJ appraiser.

Do engagement rings with diamonds come with certificates?
Yes, diamonds above 0.30 ct come with international authenticity certificates detailing the stone's parameters. These are usually GIA, IGI, or HRD certificates. Rings with smaller diamonds include certificates from an HRD diamond expert and an SRJ appraiser.

Does your contemporary jewelry contain nickel?
No, our contemporary jewelry is nickel-free and meets applicable safety standards.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?
Online purchases can be paid for using Autopay, credit card, Google Pay, BLIK, and PayPo.

Can I pay for an online order upon delivery?
Cash on delivery is not available. Orders must be paid for at the time of purchase.

Gift Cards

How long are gift cards valid?
Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Can I use a gift card to buy vintage jewelry?
If the gift card was purchased in a physical boutique, it can be used to buy vintage jewelry. Gift cards purchased online do not cover vintage jewelry.

What is the difference between vintage, pre-war, and antique jewelry?
According to English-language literature, vintage jewelry refers to pieces that are 50–100 years old. Pre-war jewelry is defined as jewelry made before the outbreak of World War II. According to the Polish Assay Office, antique jewelry includes pieces created before 1962. Jewelry made more than 100 years ago is classified as antique.
