Description
Three vintage-inspired ring designs were created from the desire to craft jewelry that refuses to be modest — pieces meant to draw the eye, spark the imagination, and remain memorable. They are not minimalist; instead, they are sensual, expressive, and full of character.
I wanted the rings to feel substantial, full, and sculptural — pieces you immediately feel on your hand. They were designed to evoke the spirit of past decades while maintaining modern form and proportions. They feel like objects — something that could have belonged to someone half a century ago, yet remains entirely timeless.
What sets them apart is the sculptural quality of their form: deep grooves, rounded edges, and soft lines. Each ring features a different texture — sometimes gently undulating, sometimes geometrically grooved — yet all share the same approach: jewelry that looks discovered, not bought.
This ring is crafted from 925 sterling silver, inspired by vintage jewelry. Its form references historic rings with decorative bands and clearly defined details, while preserving a contemporary character.
The band is composed of grooved, rounded segments that create a bold texture and emphasize the play of light across the silver surface. The open construction keeps the design visually light, despite its pronounced form.
