Shipping

We deliver within Poland via UPS courier services and InPost parcel lockers, and to countries within the Schengen Area via international courier services.

Poland: Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days.
Europe: Orders are delivered within approximately 6 business days.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase of any item bought through our online store.

Once you have submitted your withdrawal notice, you have an additional 14 days to send the items back to us.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments or returns sent to collection points, parcel lockers, or similar locations. Returns of online orders cannot be made at our boutique.

Please complete the return form and include it in your return package along with the returned item(s) and proof of purchase (receipt).

Returned items must show no signs of wear and must have their original tags and security seals intact.

Biżuteria nie powinna być wystawiona na bezpośrednie działanie promieni słonecznych, wilgoci, kurzu, detergentów czy perfum. Zabezpieczysz ją przed tymi czynnikami specjalna szkatułką lub opakowaniem jagg. Ważne jest, aby pojedyncze elementy biżuterii nie stykały się ze sobą ponieważ mogą się łatwo zarysować. Zawsze zdejmuj biżuterię przed kąpielą, wizytą u kosmetyczki czy na siłowni.

Złotą biżuterię myj przy pomocy delikatnego płynu do mycia naczyń i ciepłej wody. Czyszcząc złoto, pamiętaj, że jest to bardzo miękki metal, który łatwo można zarysować.

Dostawy

Dostawy realizujemy na terenie Polski za pośrednictwem firmy UPS i paczkomatów InPost oraz na terenie krajów strefy Schengen za pośrednictwem firm kurierskich. 

Polska: przesyłki dostarczane są w przeciągu 1-2 dni roboczych.  
Europa: przesyłki dostarczane są w przeciągu ok. 6 dni roboczych.

Zwroty

Czas na zgłoszenie oświadczenia o rezygnacji każdego towaru zakupionego w sklepie online wynosi 14 dni od daty otrzymania paczki z zamówieniem.
Czas na odesłanie do nas zwrotu wynosi 14 dni od daty przesłania oświadczenia o odstąpieniu od umowy.

Zwracane produkty mogą być wysłane dowolnym przewoźnikiem oferującym usługi kurierskie na adres: ul. Mokotowska 26, 00-561 Warszawa. 

Nie przyjmujemy przesyłek nadanych za pobraniem, do punktów odbioru, automatów paczkowych, etc.. Nie przyjmujemy zwrotów zamówień online w naszym butiku stacjonarnymym.

It is also important that individual pieces of jewelry do not come into contact with each other. Otherwise they can easily become scratched. Always take off your jewelry before taking a bath, visiting a beautician or going to the gym.

Gold jewelry with precious stones regularly clean with water and dishwashing liquid. When cleaning gold remember that it is a very soft metal which can be easily scratched.
